Class descriptions

Afterburn
A medium-high intensity option with a metabolic conditioning focus using a timed format (beginner-advanced)

Boot Camp
Our highest intensity session offering a variety of formats, including agility, hiit, general conditioning and strength training (intermediate-advanced)

Endurance MetCon
A longer duration, higher volume Afterburn style session focusing on strength and conditioning.

Foundations
This session focuses on the basics of movement to build a solid foundation of fitness; perfect for beginners! (beginner-intermediate)

Industrial Strength
Focusing on lifting, this session includes more strength training and incorporates the fundamentals of medium to advanced lifts (beginner-advanced)
