Small Group Training
Small group personal training takes place in a more private environment, with one trainer and a maximum of 5 participants. These sessions focus on form, modifications, building strength, and improving conditioning. Each session addresses total body functional strength and conditioning. Session types include: total body strength, pure conditioning, and the basics of strength training.
All Small Group Training sessions are booked by appointment at the front desk.

The most personalized training offered at the Factor. You and your trainer will work together to develop customized health and fitness goals. Based on these goals, your trainer will then develop a personalized program designed to help you get stronger and move better!
